We understand that plans can change. Our refund policies are designed to be fair and transparent, reflecting the commitments we make to our partners and suppliers. Please review the specific refund terms associated with your chosen travel package before booking. These policies vary based on the type of service (flights, hotels, cruises, vacation packages), booking date, and cancellation timing. Full details will be provided at the time of booking and are available upon request. 

• Non-Refundable Deposit: To secure a slot on the trip, a non-refundable deposit of $ 150 is required by February 1st, 2027. This deposit is immediately used to secure group lodging, flights, or local guides and cannot be recovered if a traveler cancels.
• Payment Schedule: Payments must be made according to the following strict timeline:
  • Payment #2: [$Amount] due on March 1st, 2027
  • Final Balance: [$Amount] due on [April 31, 2027 (Usually 60–90 days before departure)
• Late Fees & Forfeiture: Payments received more than 7 days late will incur a $150 late fee. If a payment is more than 15 days late, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the traveler's reservation without a refund of previous payments.

Because group rates depend on a specific headcount, cancellations disrupt the pricing for the entire group.

• Cancellation Schedule: If a traveler must cancel, refunds of subsequent payments (excluding the non-refundable deposit) will be issued based on the following timeline:
  • 60 days or more prior to departure: [100%] of additional payments refunded.
  • 10 to 15 days prior to departure: [50%] of additional payments refunded.
  • Less than 7 days prior to departure: No refunds will be issued.
• Name Substitutions: At the organizer's discretion, a traveler may transfer their spot to a replacement traveler up to 60 days before departure, subject to a $150 change fee plus any fees charged by airlines/hotels.
